IGLA London 2023 is open to everyone aged 18+, regardless of your experience competing! The championships are a celebration of inclusion in aquatic sports, and we want everyone to have a chance to experience it.
There are no entry criteria for any of the disciplines so long as you are aged 18+ at the start of the competition and competent in the water.
You do need to hold a valid membership issued by your sports World Aquatics affiled National Governing Body. If you don’t currently hold a valid membership, don’t worry, we can arrange a temporary membership to allow you to compete.
