DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to partner with the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre to bring you this community meditation session. \n  \nThe sessions will feature a variety of mindfulness\, loving-kindness and wisdom meditations. There’ll also be sharing & connecting\, poetry and more. Through this\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our own experience and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and flourish as a community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in the cafe area after. \n  \nNo prior meditation experience is required. Also suitable for those who are trying to establish a regular practice within a supportive environment. \n  \nSessions are free\, with an optional donation towards establishing a permanent LGBTQ+ community centre. \n  \nPlease ensure that you register before attending.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.\n\n\nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm.\n\nPlease check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish.\n\nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. All donations go towards supporting the ongoing work of the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.\nPlease note that we are unable to refund donations.\n\n\nAbout the facilitators:\nMorning yoga is run by a rotating group of LGBTQ+ volunteers\, all of whom are professionally qualified yoga instructors.
