DESCRIPTION:  \nIn partnership with Out For Sport\, throughout the week of the championships\, a series of training sessions and workshops will be delivered open to all IGLA and Out For Sport members. \nPlanning for the future \nDelivered by our friends at Club Matters\, by the end of this workshop\, delegates will be able to: \n\n\nUnderstand how to access further information to support business planning\nUnderstand what constitutes a business plan\, its value\, function and who should be involved in the process\nBegin developing a business plan using a simple framework\n\n\nDescribe how to structure an effective business plan to meet the needs of their club\n\n  \nAll sessions are available to a maximum of 2 members per club.
