DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to partner with the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre to bring you this community meditation session. \n  \nThe sessions will feature a variety of mindfulness\, loving-kindness and wisdom meditations. There’ll also be sharing & connecting\, poetry and more. Through this\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our own experience and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and flourish as a community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in the cafe area after. \n  \nNo prior meditation experience is required. Also suitable for those who are trying to establish a regular practice within a supportive environment. \n  \nSessions are free\, with an optional donation towards establishing a permanent LGBTQ+ community centre. \n  \nPlease ensure that you register before attending.

DESCRIPTION:Join thousands of people from all walks of life for the UK largest pride celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in all its diversity. The parade will kick off at 12pm from Portland Place and weave its way through central London\, passing iconic landmarks such as Hyde Park and Piccadilly Circus\, before ending at Trafalgar Square where there will be a main stage with live performances. \nAfter the parade\, continue the celebrations at the Pride in London Festival in Trafalgar Square. This free event will feature live music\, dance performances\, and speeches from inspiring LGBTQ+ activists and community leaders. There will also be food and drink vendors\, community stalls\, and a family area with activities for all ages.
