SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Join us for morning yoga in the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. \nOutdoor yoga will be held on Monday\, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am – 10pm. \n  \nMeet under the canopy of the London Aquatics Centre and walk over for an hour of outdoor yoga facilitated by qualified yoga instructors. Please bring your own yoga mat. \n  \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. All donations go towards supporting the delivery of IGLA London 2023.\nPlease note that we are unable to refund donations. \n  \nYou can also join us for morning yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre Thursday – Saturday here. \nAbout the facilitators:\nMorning yoga is run by a rotating group of LGBTQ+ volunteers\, all of whom are professionally qualified yoga instructors.

DESCRIPTION:  \nIn partnership with Out For Sport\, throughout the week of the championships\, a series of training sessions and workshops will be delivered open to all IGLA and Out For Sport members. \nVolunteer Experience and Development \nDeliver by our friends at Club Matters\, by the end of this workshop\, delegates will be able to: \n\n\nDevelop a positive culture of volunteering within a club/organisation environment\nIdentify how to develop the volunteer’s experience\nIdentify top tips in recruiting\, retaining and rewarding volunteers\nDevelop an action plan to improve their club volunteer experience\nUnderstand how to access further information to help improve the volunteer experience\n\n  \nAll sessions are available to a maximum of 2 members per club.
